Throughout my trip I took a number of video diaries for different reasons.  Firstly I did it to record elements of the expedition, secondly to force myself to speak on those long days when I encountered no one and finally make sure that I could check myself to ensure that I was looking and sounding ok.  The longer I went into the trek the more  physical changes I noticed in myself.
