Having joined the British Army in 2006 I completed seven years military service in the Royal Engineers. During this time I deployed on two operational tours to Afghanistan and an 18 month posting to Nepal where I oversaw the construction of schools for the Gurkha Welfare Scheme.

Between 9 Apr and 12 Jun 13 I became the first person to walk solo around 1500km along the Great Himalaya Trail raising money for charity.

From Sep 13 and Oct 14 I will be studying at Cranfield University for an MBA.
